Chemical Composition：Unsaturated polymer volume mixture of Zinc soap of high fatty acids

Properties: It is insoluble in water,partly soluble in gasoline and xylene.

Applications：It can use as peptizer in NR、IR and their blend rubber with other synthetic ruber;processing agent in synthetic ruber.FS-800 is still effective though the temperature of open mill is low to 60℃, it can dissolve in rubber, well-distributed peptize.It can lengthen scorch time,improve the flowability of  ruber when it is used as dispersing agent in filling.It contains zinc which can promte vulcanization,no need to add stearic  acid and can reduce the use of zinc oxide.It doesn’ effect the splice of metal and rubber.When FS-800 as  physical peptizer,it should be added at initial stage of mixing;as activator or processing aid shoulded be added with filling.When mixed with NR、NBR、SBR、IR,the recommended dose is 1-3phr;if mixed with EPDM、EPM、HNBR,the recommended dose is 2-3phr.

Storage: Stored closely in a cool,dry,well-ventilated area.Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.The storage life is 18 months.
